Following two nights of spectacular displays, BBB Fireworks from Battle, East Sussex – who fired third on night two – have been named as the Briish Firework Champions 2024.
The Young Persons' Award went to Pyrotex Fireworx.

Since they were launched in 1997 by the Event Services Association (TESA) , the British Firework Championships have become a signature event for the UK firework industry attracting media coverage from as far afield as Australia.
Starting at approximately 9.30pm (or as soon as it’s dark enough) there will be three 10 minute displays fired from Mountbatten breakwater. Each display will use up to 550kg NEM (Net Explosive Mass) – that’s over three tonnes of pyrotechnics each.
With so many people visiting Plymouth for the event, the roads can easily become choked up with traffic, particularly at the end of the evening when everyone is trying to leave at the same time.
The Event Services Association, organisers of the British Firework Championships have issued the following guidelines for pet owners.
The first British Firework Championships were held in 1997 and last year brought a new twist with 1st Galaxy Fireworks taking the 2019 crown while Selstar Fireworks were named Champion of Champions. Take a look at the previous winners.
